Lavender

The fresh smell of lavender was the aroma preferred by the Greeks and Romans, its name derives from the Latin lavane, which means washing. The ancient Egyptians also used lavender as a perfume.

Of Mediterranean origin, in addition to its relaxing properties lavender is antiseptic, analgesic, anticonvulsant, anti-depressive, anti-rheumatic, anti-spasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, bacteritized, healing, regenerating, decongestant, deodorant, diuretic, hypotensive, sodative and sedative, among other traditional therapeutic uses.

The properties of this plant that enrich natural products are mainly its calming and relaxing characteristics, which are quickly absorbed by the skin, calming nerve impulses, reducing irritability and arousal, which contributes to the reduction of pain.

A fragrance full of balance and harmony, a great regenerator of skin cells that helps eliminate impurities. Lavender is widely used to treat burns, inflammations, psoriasis and wounds.
